MikroTik OmniTIK 5 Omnidirectional Access Point
MikroTik OmniTIK 5 outdoor access point: dual-chain 5 GHz 802.11a/n radio, 7.5 dBi omnidirectional antennas, 5 Ethernet ports and USB.
The OmniTIK 5 is a weatherproof outdoor access point fitted with two 7.5 dBi omnidirectional antennas with different polarisations. It broadcasts the 5 GHz signal over 360° and is suited to serving clients spread all around the installation point, whether MikroTik CPEs such as the SXT or any other 802.11a/n device.
It has five 10/100 Ethernet ports and a USB port that can take a 3G modem or a storage device. It supports the Nv2 TDMA protocol, with a stated aggregate throughput of up to 200 Mbit/s. The LEDs on the back can be programmed from RouterOS to show Ethernet activity, signal strength or other information. Power is supplied by passive PoE through the included injector.
