Orders

An order becomes binding after its availability, price, delivery and, where required, payment or deposit have been confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in CFA francs unless otherwise specified. Available methods may include Mobile Money, bank transfer or payment on delivery.

Delivery and services

Delivery dates remain estimates until confirmed. Customers must inspect products on receipt and promptly report any issue.

Warranties and returns

Warranties depend on the product or contract. No return may be sent without prior approval and instructions from Salott-IT.

Digital services

The scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities and ownership of deliverables are defined in the accepted quotation or contract.

Disputes

An amicable solution will be sought first. Otherwise, the applicable law and competent court are those specified in the contract.
