MikroTik wAP LTE kit outdoor Wi-Fi access point with a built-in category 4 4G LTE modem, IP54 enclosure and power via DC jack, PoE or automotive plug.
The MikroTik wAP LTE kit is a compact, weatherproof wireless access point designed for outdoor installation (wall, garden, porch) or any demanding environment where a mobile internet connection needs to be shared over Wi-Fi. It combines a category 4 LTE modem, up to 150 Mbit/s downlink and 50 Mbit/s uplink, with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 4 access point.
This revision uses a new LTE modem that adds band 28 (700 MHz) among others. The enclosure is fixed to the wall from the inside, its lower part can be secured with an anti-vandal screw, and an opening at the back lets the Ethernet cable run directly through the wall. Three power options are available, from 9 to 30 V: DC jack, passive PoE input or automotive connector. RouterOS v7 is preinstalled with a level 4 licence.
