EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max 512 Wh portable power station with LFP battery, 500 W pure sine wave AC output and full recharge from the mains in one hour.
The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max (model EFR610) is a 512 Wh portable power station built around a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Its pure sine wave AC output delivers 500 W continuously, and X-Boost mode lets resistive appliances run at up to 1,000 W. Alongside the AC sockets it offers USB-A, 100 W USB-C, 12 V car socket and DC5521 outputs, covering lighting, laptops, phones, an internet router or a small fridge.
It recharges in four ways: from the mains at up to 660 W, with a full charge stated at 60 minutes, from solar panels at up to 220 W, from a vehicle's car socket or via USB-C. When permanently plugged into the mains, it switches to battery in about 30 ms during an outage. The EcoFlow app, over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, shows the charge level, switches outputs off remotely and sets the charging speed. At about 6 kg with a built-in handle, it is easy to carry.
