The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is the first Ultra model in the Galaxy Z foldable range. Unfolded, it offers an 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display (2504 x 2256 pixels) for working with several windows side by side; folded, it works like a regular phone thanks to its 6.5-inch cover screen. Both screens run from 1 to 120 Hz. Samsung has tested the Armor FlexHinge for up to 200,000 folds.
This version pairs 16 GB of RAM with 1 TB of storage, with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor and the One UI 9 interface with its Galaxy AI features. On the back, a stabilised 200 MP wide-angle sensor is joined by a 50 MP ultra-wide and a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The 5,000 mAh (typical) dual battery supports 20 W wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare.
