The De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul ECAM610.75.MB is an automatic espresso machine with a built-in grinder that grinds the beans just before each extraction. Its Bean Adapt Technology adjusts the grind size and brewing parameters to the coffee in use, making it easy to switch from one bean to another. It prepares black coffees at the touch of a button, from espresso to americano and iced coffee, as well as milk drinks such as cappuccino, latte macchiato or flat white.

Milk is frothed automatically by the LatteCrema Hot system. The 4.3-inch colour touch screen sorts drinks by usage, and five profiles let each member of the household keep their own settings. The machine connects over Wi-Fi to the De'Longhi Coffee Link app to create and customise recipes. The removable 2.2-litre water tank, the 500 g bean hopper and the option to use pre-ground coffee complete the package.
