Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual 2 × 4 MP Dual-Lens Wi-Fi Outdoor Camera
Xiaomi CW500 Dual outdoor camera with two 4 MP lenses, fixed and motorised, 2.5K video, colour night vision, AI detection, Wi-Fi 6 and IP66 housing.
The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW500 Dual combines two cameras in one housing: a fixed lens that keeps a constant view, and a motorised pan-tilt lens that you aim from the Xiaomi Home app. It can therefore watch two areas at once, for example an entrance and a path, the till and the floor of a shop, or a parking space and the pavement next to it. Each 4 MP lens, with an F1.6 aperture, records at 2560 × 1440.
Both cameras detect people and vehicles using AI; with linked tracking, the motorised lens automatically follows a person spotted by the fixed lens. At night two white LEDs and two infrared LEDs per camera give a colour image as soon as a person is detected, and a sound and light alarm can be triggered. The IP66 housing is designed for outdoor installation, it connects over dual-band Wi-Fi 6 or a network cable, and footage goes to microSD, NAS or Xiaomi cloud.
